(1) Dropped out of league December 15, 1927.

(2) On January 4, 1928, Brooklyn dropped out of the Metropolitan League. On the same day,

the Visitation merged with the Washington team of the American Basketball League to form

a new franchise in that league.

 

The last regular season league game was played on January 14, 1928. In February the first and second place teams,

Kingston and Catskill played a best of three-game playoff series.
