STATISTICS & HISTORY
Angus Nicoson was a standout basketball and baseball player player at Indiana Central University from 1938 until 1942. he was a key member of the school’s nationally ranked 1941 and 1942 basketball teams that won 30 straight games. Nicoson served as Indiana Central University basketball coach and Athletic Director from 1948-1977. He retired with a 483-279 basketball coaching record. Nicoson was elected the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame and the Helms Foundation Basketball Hall of Fame.
