Seymour “Cy” Rosenberg was a scholastic basketball and baseball star at Brooklyn Boys’ High School. Rosenberg remained a well-known basketball fixture on the Brooklyn sports scene for over a decade as the star of the Brooklyn Eighth Ave, Temple team , an AAU powerhouse.
