Notes:

(1) At the conclusion of first half of the season, the franchise suspended operations in Kingston. In the second-half of the season, the team  represented Elizabeth, New Jersey for three games before it  transferred to North Hudson, New Jersey for the remiander of the second half schedule.  The team represented Kingston in post-season playoffs.

 (2) At beginning of second-half Kingston roster transferred to Elizabeth. After three games in Elizabeth, squad transferred to North Hudson. Orginal Elizabth roster represented franchise for remainder of season.

(3) Joined league on December 6, 1915. Dropped out of league on January 15, 1916. Replaced by squad that transferred from Elizabeth. New squad assumed 0-2 second-half record.
