Seymour “Cy” Schneidman played three years of varsity basketball at CCNY and then played a handful of professional basketball games with the Jersey Reds in the AMerican Basketball League. While Schneidman’ pro basketball career was undistinguished , his subsequent foray into the New York business community was highly successful in multiple fields including. accounting and both print and broadcasting media.
