STATISTICS & HISTORY
Len Tanseer was a football and basketball star at Catholic High School in Philadelphia. In his junior and senior years, he was leading scorer in the Philadelphia Catholic Basketball League. Tanseer was a varsity basketball player at the University of Pennsylvania fror three years. Tanseer played professional basketball for just one season before he was hired as head basketball coach at LaSalle University in Philadelphia. From 1933-1941, Tanseer posted an 88-59 record.
