STATISTICS & HISTORY
Leroy Lins was a memeber of two New Jersey state scholastic championship teams, in 1930 with New Brunswick High School and in 1933 with Rutgers Prep. Lin was a three-year starter on the Rutgers University varsity basketball team. Lins played just one year of professional basketball with the Akron Goodyear Tire team in the National Basketball League, but he remained with the Goodyear as an employee for over nearly three decades, serving as a financial director of the company in the later years.
