Henry “Pete” Wisniewski was an all-around athlete atCamden High School in Camden, New Jersey, lettering in football, basketball , baseball and track, before enrolling at Fordham University. Wisniewski was three-year letterman in both football and basketball at Fordham. Wisniewski gained All-American honors in football in 1930. Wisniewski briefly played pro basketball and football while attending the University of Pennsylvania Dental School.
