STATISTICS & HISTORY
Ralph Faris was a member of the Lorain Lions High School basketball team that in 1923 won the first official Ohio State Scolastic championship. After graduation the team turned professional and toured the state for the next half-dozen seasons. During the 1926-27 season, the Lions played in the Central Basketball League, a short-lived professional circuit.
