1) Covenent Nationals  squad represented South Philadelphia until December 21, 1903. Record of team was 2-5.

On December 28, 1903, the National AC  took over the franchise. the Nationals compiled  2-4 record before relinquishing the franchise on January 17, 1904.

Conshohocken team, from defunct  National Basketball league, acquired franchise on January 17, 1904.  Conshohocken compiled a 6-8-1 record.

(2) Franchise transferred from West Philadelphia on January 17, 1904. Record in West Philadelphia was 3-9.

National A.C squad that had previously represented South Philadelphia, took over the franchise. National compiled a 9-7 record.
