PETE PEDERSON

Pete Pederson starred in football and basketball for Western College in Pueblo, Colorado for two seasons in the early 1930’s and then a year after he graduated returned to coach the basketball team for four seasons. Pederson had a brief pro basketball career that was ended by by service in World War II. Pederson served in the Army with distinction. He returned to coaching after the war and was head football coach at Mount Union College, Marshall University and at his alma mater Western College.
